Technical Support Specialist



Grandstream Networks Inc, the leader of voice and video over IP products is opening a new office in Morocco to support their EMEA customers and looking to hire 3 Technical Support Specialists.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the software development team and performing software/system testing for new firmware and new products.
- Providing technical assistance to our customers via phone/email and site visits, participating in interoperability testing with major partners, and providing support for marketing and sales team both pre-sales and post-sales.
Required Skills:
- Fluent in English (English is a must; if you don’t have a high level of English please don’t consider this offer).
- BAC+2 or BAC+4 on Computer Networking.
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
- Expert knowledge of windows, computer, network (Routers, Switches, Firewalls…)
Desired Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively to both business and end users.
- Creativity in problem solving techniques, testing and implementation of recommendations.
- Self-motivated, self-starter who enjoys working both independently and as a critical team player.
- Voice over IP experience is not required but it’s desired.
Languages:
- English is required: you will be mainly dealing with English speaking customers.
- Any other language than English will be a plus.
